Сборник включает три статьи.

В первой статье - "Макроэкономическое моделирование взаимосвязи ценовых и отраслевых пропорций" (авторы - Гребенников В.Г. и Николаев Л.К.) исследуется взаимосвязь указанных пропорций на основе концепции Парето-оптимальных траекторий экономического роста. Получены общие выводы об условиях сходимости анализируемых траекторий к траекториям с постоянным темпом прироста ВВП.

Во второй статье "Народнохозяйственная оценка инвестиционных проектов посредством их прямого включения в имитационную межотраслевую модель" (автор Пителин А.К.) излагается соответствующая методика, охватывающая подготовку проектной информации и необходимые преобразования имитационной межотраслевой модели российской экономики. На конкретных примерах демонстрируется работоспособность и эффективность предлагаемого метода.

Статья "Модели мажоритарной оптимизации бюджетно-налоговой структуры" (автор Граборов С.В.) посвящена анализу возможностей определения бюджетно-налоговых решений, эффективных для большинства граждан. Теоретическая модель преобразуется в прикладную - приемлемой размерности и обеспеченную необходимой исходной информацией. Для прикладной модели предлагается специализированный метод решения.

The presented work consists of three articles.

In the first paper "Macroeconomic modeling of interrelation of price and sectoral ratios" (authors - V.G.Grebennikov and L.K.Nikolaev) is investigated interrelation of the specified proportions on the basis of the concept of Pareto-optimum trajectories of economic growth. The general conclusions about conditions of convergence of analyzed trajectories to paths with constant GDP increment rate are received.

In the second paper "All-economy evaluation of investment projects by means of their direct inclusion in the inter-industry simulation model" (the author - A.K.Pitelin) a new method is stated covering the preparation of project information and necessary transformations of the simulation model of the Russian economy. Some particular examples are used to demonstrate effectiveness of the method.

The article "Majoritarian optimization models of the budget-and-tax structure" (the author - S.V.Graborov) includes the analysis of the searching possibilities of the budget-and-tax decisions, which is effective for a majority of citizens. The theoretical model is transformed into applied one, which has an acceptable dimension and necessary initial information. A special method is suggested for the decision of the applied model.
