The
paper considers criteria and peculiarities of the shareholder estimation
(eugenics of the shareholder) in the company. The purpose of the present work
is to create practical tools, which help to reveal honest shareholders, who
could implement preventive measures, for the purpose of non-admission of
destruction of value of the company (causing losses of the company). In
particular, such tools are: business consolidation, provision of an information
openness of the company. Determining aspect of estimation is forming the
connection between the actions of shareholders and the value of company.
