Zotov V.V., Presnyakov V.F. Institutional Encapsulation and Transactional Configuration of Organized Economic Entities. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2015. ¹2 (69) Ñ.35-46.

The concept of institutional encapsulation of organized economic entity is proposed here, because it helps to weaken rigid and often socially unbased limitations on economic activities stemming from the regime of private ownership being uncritically treated as a decisive factor in the functioning of economy. The notion of institutional encapsulation widens the capabilities of the theory to solve problems of compromised resolution of interests’ conflicts between the participants. The basic elements selected for the integrative studies of institutional encapsulation of the economic entity are the main elements of transactional model of the economic enterprise: systemic functions of economic entity, transactions types and their levels within the enterprise organization structure.
Keywords:
institutional encapsulation, transactional configuration, transactional model, institutional transformations.
