The
paper proposes the approach for assessing the efficiency of using the human
capital of the research team carrying out investigations with the financial
support of science Foundation. The models to obtain estimates of the
effectiveness of human capital research teams that received the financial
support from the Foundation for interdisciplinary research on the competitive
basis are presented. The models for estimating the costs of scientific staff
necessary for the development of its human capital are proposed. The conditions
of effective using the research team human capital are described.
