Glazyev S.Yu. Poverty and Luster of the Russian monetarists. Part 1. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2015. ¹2 (69) Ñ.7-21.

Theoretical foundations, historical origins and related modern justification of the economic policy held in Russia are characterized. The mutually agreed postulate of such a policy is that it comes from dogmatic, false and harmful ideas about the utility of automated activity of market self-organization mechanisms and non-interference of the state in the regulation issues. Based initially on the wrong policy promises, the policy of modern monetarists and monetarism have served as economic stagnation, recession, deprived of perspectives and impulses for development. Some recommendations on the withdrawal of Russia from the «funnel» of monetarist misconceptions to come to the way of sustainable economic development through the use of mechanisms and measures of state support proven in the successful states are provided.

Zotov V.V., Presnyakov V.F. Institutional Encapsulation and Transactional Configuration of Organized Economic Entities. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2015. ¹2 (69) Ñ.35-46.

The concept of institutional encapsulation of organized economic entity is proposed here, because it helps to weaken rigid and often socially unbased limitations on economic activities stemming from the regime of private ownership being uncritically treated as a decisive factor in the functioning of economy. The notion of institutional encapsulation widens the capabilities of the theory to solve problems of compromised resolution of interests’ conflicts between the participants. The basic elements selected for the integrative studies of institutional encapsulation of the economic entity are the main elements of transactional model of the economic enterprise: systemic functions of economic entity, transactions types and their levels within the enterprise organization structure.

During more than ten years of the KP certification scheme (KPCS) performance one managed to reduce significantly the illegal flow of diamonds, however, the development of diamond-producing countries in Africa have not been achieved.
