Dementiev V.Ye. Kondratiev Cycles and Post-Industrial Economy. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.7-18.
   Possibility of preservation of Kondratiev cycles in the conditions of post-industrial economy is considered. The reasons of emergence of doubts in such opportunity are explained. The dimensional structure of business answering to nature of post-industrial demand is presented. The role of complexity of innovations, network effects, inertia of economic institutes in preservation of recurrence of development of economy during a post-industrial era is shown. The special attention is paid to not monotony of accumulation of knowledge.The relationship between changes in the financing of basic research in the United States and the phases of the long wave of economic development is explained.

Yerznkyan B.H., Delibašić M., Grgurević N. Institutional Behavior: Theoretical Issues and Practical Realization. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.19-30.
   Features of institutional behavior of economic agents, which act in the frame of the definite institutional systems and thus are not free from their influence, are considered. Such behavior opposes to the behavior of homo economics from the neoclassic world whose characteristics are given axiomatically – without a connection to any institutions. Relations of different types of agents with institutions and institutions with economic development are discussed, a schema of institutional change leading to the various consequences is proposed. A special accent is done on the risks of ignoring the specificity of institutional systems of economies in transition in the process of their reformation.

Popov E.V. Transaction Theory of Science Economic Institutions. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.31-38.
   The main positions of the transaction theory of science economic institutions, significantly expanding the ideas of A. Oleinik‘s article on institutional theory of science, published in «Public Sciences and Modernity» (2014. ¹ 1) discussed. It is shown that modern institutional theory of science determines the formation of economic theory views and applied methods of assessment for the economic institutions development. The author's outcomes on a broad range of institutional theory of science were presented.

Trachuk A.V. The Concept of Dynamic Capabilities: in Search of Microfoundations. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.39-48.
   This paper analyses the implementation of the international market entry strategy of a middle-size company with a long history – Federal State Unitary Entreprise Goznak. The author attempts to identify on a case basis the operationalization tools of the concept of dynamic capabilities, and to substantiate the choice of particular micro-foundations of this concept. The study is aimed to define the dynamic capabilities of the company which (taking into consideration equal initial opportunities of Goznak and other companies operating in the industry) enabled the Russian company to come to the front in the high-tech market, surpassing several major players in the industry.

Chernoy L.S. Enterpreneurial Ethics and Economic Development: Paradoxes of Modernity. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.49-63.
   The author examines the transformation of the general entrepreneurial ethics of the leading market economies after the Second World War. It is shown, that their ethical and regulatory development in this period revealed anew the acuteness of the problem posed by the gaps between the «internal» ethical normativity of the business community and the «external» regulatory steps of the state aimed at ensuring of equal and fair rules of the market activity and the social peace. The article provides an assessment of the resulting effect of these gaps upon weakening of mutual trust between individual entrepreneurs, mass social strata and the state. It is shown, that these processes dramatically reduce the economic activity results predictability, as well as the possibility of the forecasting of the content, tempo and prospects of economic development.

Levin M.I., Freer M.L., Shilova N.V. Xenophobic Slogans as a Political Instrument: Economic Analysis. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.64-75.
   The authors present a political and economic model of using xenophobic slogans to divert public attention from economic shocks. An invented political term «external enemy» is fairly convenient in this sense, as it raises the consciousness of the masses during a serious economic decline because, unlike the «internal enemy», it does not provoke civil unrest and riots. However, xenophobic slogans leads to a spread of aggression, which negatively affects the production activities. Possible scenarios that can happen after are presented in the form of simulations of a theoretical model.

Bozina A.N., Martanus O.R. Modeling of Financial Bubbles on the Basis of Behavioral Factors. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2014. ¹4 (67) Ñ.76-88.
   The authors analyze the influence of several behavioral features, inherent to agents on the financial market, on the life-cycle of a financial bubble. In the paper the authors propose a financial bubble model that takes into account such behavioral phenomena as herd behavior, irrationality of expectations, and bounded analytical abilities of investors.
