On the basis of monitoring of graduates of administrative and
economic specialties of regional higher education institution results of an
assessment of professional and social readiness of student's youth to real
practical activities in the management and business sphere are presented. The
special attention is paid to the methodical approaches providing effective
functioning of system of vocational training of graduates of administrative
specialties of higher educational institutions taking into account their gender
features.
