The
article presents the methodological regulations aimed at establishing an effective
system of business management as a subsystem of the economy. The content of the
integrity of the systems on the example of measuring and improving the
efficiency of enterprise management is proposed, taking into account the
enterprises’ multifunctionality. The profit maximizing behavior of enterprises
is criticized. It is shown that this principle dwarfs the principles of the
production strategic development.
