The centuries-old practice in the world economy consistently confirms
that one of the basic conditions for its progress and sustainable
socio-economic development is to ensure the structural balance of the
reproductive process, first of all, optimizing the proportions of cross-industry
exchange, consumption and accumulation. Of fundamental importance in achieving
this balance is to maintain the correct (i.e. economically sound and socially
equitable) ratios and proportions between the primary core sector of the
economy – agriculture and industrial sectors. In fact, here we are talking
about the purposeful use of widely promoted, but continuously and flagrantly
violated in the Soviet period, the law of planned, proportionate development of
the national economy, which has been used successfully in the advanced
countries of the modern world (thanks to its use have become advanced and
highly developed).
