ABSTRACTS
This article substantiates and considers the new approach towards corporation
research based on its understanding as an institutional system. Subsystems and
elements of institutional structure of the corporation – institutions and
routines – are distinguished and their characteristic is given. The
necessity of proportionality principle respect in institutional structure of
the corporation and dysfunctional character of hypertrophy of any corporation
institution or routine are justified. Also the hypothesis about inversion of
subject and institutional structure of the corporation is put forward and
theoretically substantiated. The proposed approach gives an opportunity to
justify the hierarchy of corporation institutes on methodological level which
is important for construction of corporation of the future combining commitment,
solidarity and self-interest.

Gorbunov V.K. To the Theory of Market Demand: Regularity and
Economic Equilibrium. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013.
¹4 (63) Ñ.19-35.
The problem of the theory of aggregate (market) demand, which is,
according to Walras, the sum of demands of individuals maximizing their
«utilities» (preferences functions), consists in absence at such a demand of
analytical properties of individual demand («impossibility theorems» of Gorman
and of Sonnenschein-Mantel-Debreu). The problem’s resolving on the basis of
notion «the statistical ensemble of consumers» as initial object is suggested.
A corresponding modification of the Cassel-Wald model of economic equilibrium
with representation of collective preferences via vector field is presented. It
is shown that the Arrow-Debreu model with unified commodities (goods and
factors) is not consistent with the theory of market demand.

Multinational Corporations – Factors of Efficient Activities Creation and
Routinization. Part 2. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013. ¹4 (63) Ñ.76-93.
In a survey of production units of foreign corporations operating in
Russia, we tried to understand the overall objectives and features of the organization
of innovation activities of these companies. Solving the problem of achieving
quality at international standards at an acceptable cost, these firms were
active in innovation, much of which was represented by the routine, organically
integrated into regular management.

corporations, organizing for innovations.
Buzdalov I.N. State Support and Money Repumping: Disbalance and Its
Consequences. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013. ¹4 (63) Ñ.94-104.
The centuries-old practice in the world economy consistently confirms
that one of the basic conditions for its progress and sustainable
socio-economic development is to ensure the structural balance of the
reproductive process, first of all, optimizing the proportions of
cross-industry exchange, consumption and accumulation. Of fundamental
importance in achieving this balance is to maintain the correct (i.e.
economically sound and socially equitable) ratios and proportions between the
primary core sector of the economy – agriculture and industrial sectors. In
fact, here we are talking about the purposeful use of widely promoted, but
continuously and flagrantly violated in the Soviet period, the law of planned,
proportionate development of the national economy, which has been used
successfully in the advanced countries of the modern world (thanks to its use
have become advanced and highly developed).

The present study focuses on one of the traditional forms of «patronized
goods» – artistic products created in the sphere of art. The paper presents the
results of the analysis of theater activities economic dynamics, including
international comparisons and empirical test based on the econometric model of
known theoretical pattern – «Baumol's disease» using three indices measuring
the productivity lag, catching up wage dynamics and outrunning growth in ticket
prices in relation to the respective parameters of macroeconomic dynamics.
Particular attention is paid to the methods of calculation of labor
productivity and wages proposed by R. Kapelyushnikov and the assessment of real
possibilities of treating «Baumol's disease» by increasing prices for theater
tickets.
