Belenky V.Z., Grebennikov V.G. Some statements of rating problem
and their solution on the base of self-consistency principle. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013.
¹3 (62) Ñ.59.
The paper considers a problem of rating (ordering) for N objects, and
each of them is characterized by values of M different indices (possibly positive
or negative) so that the initial data is a matrix P(N x M). The main feature
of the work is
that as a result not only the very objects are ranked, but also the estimates
of importance of different indices characterizing them are defined. For the
solution of corresponding mathematical model a double-contour iterative algorithm
is proposed;
its convergence is interpreted as complying the self-consistency principle
for final results. Several experimental examples of calculations are provided
and one real example of rating problem for RF-subjects is considered.
Keywords: double-level problem of rating, weights and ranks
for objects, estimates of importance of indices, self-consistency principle.
