Based on an analysis of positive and negative sides of the market economy
as well as comparing different types of economies, familiar to the economics,
a finding on the unproductivity of isolated studying the real economic processes
is formulated. The main characteristics and the institutions of so-called
project economy are considered, the examples of realizing the largest native
projects, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed; the concept of
selecting he prospective
projects and the technology of their realizing is provided. A hypothesis
of availability of the principal diversity of the project goals is provided,
which enables to hope to the possibility of harmonic allowing for the material
and spiritual interests of people,
which is provided by the project type economy.
