Investigated the impact of money supply fluctuations onto inflation.
The regression analysis permits to reject the hypothesis of money supply
restriction as a universal tool of adjustment for monetary circulation.
Econometric models of relations between inflation and monetary aggregate
M2 were elaborated for the present time of the Ukrainian economy, showing
the nonlinear nature of that relation.
Proposed an algorithm for ddetermination of the optimal amount of money
minimizing the rate of inflation.
