Polterovich V.M. Privatization and the Rational Ownership Structure. Part 2. Rationalizing the Ownership Structure.  // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013. ¹1 (60) Ñ.7.
    The first part of the paper has shown that the decision on the privatization should be considered within the context of the more general problem of finding the rational ownership structure in the economy.
In the second part shows that state-owned enterprises perform some special functions, especially important for developing and ðåñóðñîèçáûòî÷íûõ economies; in particular, they can play the role of agents
of modernization, initiating large-scale projects in the framework of private-state partnership. Introduced the concept of stationary structures of ownership. Under the same circumstances, there is a lot of
stationary structures, the «volume» of this set is determined by the transformation costs of privatization. This can be explained by the dependence of the way» observed the ownership structures as institutions.
Proposed principles for the management of the ownership structure, which is partially confirmed by the analysis of the Norwegian experience of the management of public sector.
The reasons of the cyclical nature of the policy of privatization, nationalization. Examines the reasons for the next mass privatization in Russia. Formulated recommendations on increase of efficiency of management
of the Russian public sector.

Kolesnik G.V. Analysis of vertical effects of firms’ competition in the hierarchical markets.

    The article studies the effect of the firms’ competition vertical transfer on the imperfect markets with hierarchical structure on the basis of the generalized Shtakelberg multilevel oligopoly model.
The market structure influence on parameters of market equilibrium and profit distribution among hierarchy levels is estimated.

Models of Relations between the Inflation and the Amount of Money: Regression Analysis of Nonlinear Dynamics.

    Investigated the impact of money supply fluctuations onto inflation. The regression analysis permits to reject the hypothesis of money supply restriction as a universal tool of adjustment for monetary circulation.
Econometric models of relations between inflation and monetary aggregate M2 were elaborated for the present time of the Ukrainian economy, showing the nonlinear nature of that relation.
Proposed an algorithm for ddetermination of the optimal amount of money minimizing the rate of inflation.

Akinfeeva Ye.V., Golichenko O.G. Knowledge Production Institutions and Processes of Technology Park Performance. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2013. ¹1 (60) Ñ.46.
    The paper studies the role of knowledge production in the scientific research organizations, universities and enterprises in the processes of setting up and functioning the technology parks.
The authors propose a definition of technology park and describe its basic functions. They propose a classification of technology park based on the types of knowledge sources that shape its setting up process.
The paper analyses functions that each type of knowledge source fulfills towards a technology park. Finally, the paper elicits the conditions for a technology park to function efficiently and identifies the causes
of insufficient performance of the Russian technology park.

    The paper deals with the problems of the Chinese reforms ideology interpreted by the Chinese scholars. The analysis presented is based on the «Survey of Modernization in the World and in China (2001–2010)»
that reflects the concept of the Center for Modernization Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, headed by professor He Chuanqi. The idea of creating prerequisites for the successful competition of the
Chinese economy, first of all, in the international area. The problems which China can face, when neglecting the institutional aspects of modernization, are mentioned.
