In the
article it is shown that the development of the infrastructure of the
business
on the basis of modern networking information business technologies can
play an
important role in the stabilization of the economic development of the
country
and the prevention of crises. The requirements for an extensively
operating
information-communication system to support functioning of both the
international trade and logistics are formulated. From this point of
view the
information-analytical IT-system Top Level Network (TLN) is analyzed
and its
possible impact on the economics is explored.
