    The Russian government approved a strategy of modernization. However, the implementation of this strategy faces many problems, relating to the
status of our country in the world. Entering into international unprofitable relations, Russia can be left without perspectives of economic development.
The globalization of the world market will increase the gap between the center and periphery countries of the world system. In addition the developed
civilizations will strive to implement the exploitation of the peripheral countries, receiving the world system rent from their natural resources and cheap labor.
