The
article explains the idea, according to which, members of the public
corporations should use a new business legal form, rather than a form
of public
company, which corresponds to the conditions of private rather than
public
ownership. It is also shown that state-owned enterprises
present a new economic
unit cell of the society. This circumstance requires that the
state-owned
enterprises employed a new model of management.
