The
paper reviews the principles of management, which should be followed by
the
leaders of a production system, taking the way of creative
development. An
example of a successful company, applying these principles in practice,
is
given. The possibility of studying the transition of the
production system in a
creative state, using economic and mathematical modeling, is also
discussed.
