Kornai Y. Centralization and the Capitalist Market Economy. // Economics of contemporary Russia 2012. ¹2 (57) Ñ.1-7.
    The trend toward centralization and concentration of power, narrowing the field of autonomous activity in the economy and the transfer of
various activities under state control, which emerged in the Hungarian economy during the recent years, is revealed. There are numerous examples
of mergers and consolidations in the banking, fiscal, tax and other areas, including the introduction of uniformity of educational programs, suppressing
the autonomy of universities and enlarging research institutions, indicating the presence of the identified trends. The characteristics of centralization
and decentralization are compared in terms of regulatory and positive approaches. Based on this comparing the conclusion of the relative effectiveness
of the horizontally coordinated decentralization, compared to the vertical integration in the long run is drawn. It is considered the example of Hungary
development in recent years, Various aspects of the relationship between the government and the capitalist market economy are considered, basing
on the example of development of Hungary for the recent years, are considered.

    This paper discusses the fundamental theory of long waves and its relationship with the theory of technological changes in the economy.

Andrukovich P.F. Duration of Presence Different Companies in Dow Jones Index (DJIA) and Russian Trade System Index (RTSI).

It is  considered the duration of different companies presence in the lists of one of the New York’s stock exchange indexes (DJIA) and the
Russian trade system (RTSI). Models of those durations distribution, according to the intervals distribution characteristics between changes in those
indexes lists and the intensity distribution of those changes were constructed.  It is found that there are two types of companies – “typical” and
particular – “long-livers” which are differed by different periods of “life” in indexes lists.

Belkin V.D., Storozhenko V.P. Uninvolved Sources of Financing Modernization and the Ways of Using Them . // Economics of

    It is considered some reasons of slowed-down innovative development of Russia, such as corruption, bureaucracy, management voluntarism.
All these factors form the bad investment climate in the country. The distribution of the budgetary funds, tax policy and the degradation of social
sphere prevent the economy and social state from modernization. In this context the estimation of the reserve opportunities of further development
on the macro-level, as well as on the micro-one, has a great significance.

Bagrinovsky K.A., Isaeva M.K. Fundamentals of Creative Development of Production Systems. // Economics of contemporary

    The paper reviews the principles of management, which should be followed by the leaders of a production system, taking the way of creative
development. An example of a successful company, applying these principles in practice, is given. The possibility of studying the transition of the
production system in a creative state, using economic and mathematical modeling, is also discussed.

    The modernization of economy will inevitably affect the environment. In order to make it positive, first, it is necessary to state and solve the
problem of ensuring ecological safety of modernization processes. The offered modification of indicators of economic efficiency of the investment
projects, implying the involvement of an indicator of environmental damage into them, can become an economic barrier on the way of realization of
ecologically dangerous technologies. The second task is the modernization of nature protection activity. The analysis of efficiency of modernization
of nature protection activity, based on the criterion of prevented damage for different industries, is carried out. Methods of estimating the damage
on a basis of the interbranch balance and by exarticulation of ecologically caused expenses in the local budgets structure are offered.

    The article explains the idea, according to which, members of the public corporations should use a new business legal form, rather than a form
of public company, which corresponds to the conditions of private rather than public ownership. It is also shown that state-owned enterprises
present a new economic unit cell of the society. This circumstance requires that the state-owned enterprises employed a new model of management.

Blagov Yu.Ye., Petrova-Savchenko A.A. Information Disclosure on Obligations Fulfillment in Non-Financial Reporting of the
Largest Companies Operating in Russia.

    This paper presents the results of the study on the information disclosure on the obligations fulfillment in non-financial reporting of the largest
companies, operating in Russia. The study has shown that the companies, being observed, consistently disclosed such information. Besides, they
maintained the formal characteristics of the reports, but mainly interpreted their obligations as applying to the broad ethical principles, rather than to
precise program targets. Scale and scope of the information disclosure depended on the type and form of non-financial reports, with the “best practices”
related to the companies, issuing sustainability reports based on GRI standard.
