Usually,
the innovation and technology priorities control on strategy level is
carried
out in the state responsibility zone. In the paper the
alternative model is
proposed. According this model the responsibility of control of
innovation
technology priorities is allocated between the
state and business. In the
framework of the model the following problems are considered: the
division of
control areas in accordance with
features of responsibility zones; the choice
of key directions for business strategy responsibility; creation of
favorable
conditions in environment.
The investigation is based on applying the modified
system of critical technologies and using such a NIS tool
as technology platforms.
