In
this article road transport externalities are considered. The necessity
and the
possibility of state regulation of this activity are shown. The
experience of
the developed countries, which faced with negative consequences of mass
automobilization before us, is analyzed. The results of
the survey of views of three expert
groups (specialists, drivers, ecologists) concerning choosing the most
preferable variants of internalization of externalities of automobile
transportation in Moscow are presented.
