The article is
devoted to the development of a
method of forecasting demographic processes, based on the results of
the
analysis of the spectral structure of time series of indicators of
population
reproduction. Based on this method the forecast of population
reproduction in
Kabardino-Balkaria till 2030 is executed, «critical pain points» of its
own
demographic development are defined and key actions to prevent
depopulation and
ensure demographic security in the region are
proposed.
