the History Issue on the Sustainable Development of Russian Economy. // Economics of
contemporary Russia 2011.
¹4
(55) Ñ.1-7.
Given
periods of Russian economic development since the end of the XIX to the
present. Analyzes the
changes that have taken place at this historic range
n the Russian society and
economy. Identified structural features of the Russian economy, as well
as such
destabilizing factors operating in the Russian society,
the past two decades, as
the stratification of the population, the decline in investment
activity,
increased the degree of technological equipment accidents, etc.
It is noted
that none of the imbalances inherited from the Stalinist regime
(hypertrophy of
the military-industrial complex and raw materials industries, the
deplorable
state of agriculture, etc.) has not only failed to overcome, but not
relaxed.
Keywords: sustainable development,
economic
stabilization, structural imbalances.
