In this
paper we present the basic features and techniques of adaptive
management,
which reflects the need to address the rapidly changing conditions of
operation
of the Russian economy. The problem of coordination of economic
interests
within a single adaptive organization are posed and discussed. In the
paper,
the main features
of these methods in the work of industrial enterprises are
also considered.
