The
process of formation of the institutional environment of PPP on
innovations in Russia is
studied. We analyze two directions in this process: improvement of the
legislation
and formation of the new financial and non-financial structures. The
tendency
of the accelerated growth of the second direction that leads to the
important
shortcomings in creation of the uniform PPP system is emphasized. We
review the
activity of some large PPP institutes on innovation area.
