main purpose of the article is identification of the reasons, forms and
mechanisms of deformalizations of norms of the law, which economic
agents
actually use to resolve the conflicts of interests arising in the
procedures of
bankruptcy that results in deformalization of institute and
inefficiency of
formal mechanisms of regulation.
