The
proposed study devotes to monetary analysis of the economic dynamics
factors on
the base of aggregated macroeconomic model. The Tobin’s model is
critically
analyzed and modified relating to specific processes in Russian
economy. It is
introduced some variables in the model which permit to describe enough
demands
and supplies of the assets in Russian economy with using of the
available
statistical data. It is demonstrated the magnitude of Tobin’s q-theory
of
investments and the specificity of its application to the conditions of
Russian
economy.

economics information is considered as a sign system with their

pragmatical importance of semantically united indicators. It allows not
only to
reveal and as much as possible to narrow areas of unreliable data, but
also
correctly to compose different sources of information, to reveal and
estimate
indicators, unspecified in the state statistics, through fixation of
actual
indicators polysemy, as well as consistently to correct put forward at
absence
of necessary data of a hypothesis. The proposed methodology is
repeatedly
practically realized and is demonstrated.

The one
of heterodox directions of the modern economic science it is
considered. The
specificity of the theoretical approach and methodological principles
of the
French regulation school is considered and the analysis of institutes’
treatment as the compromise form of the sanction of concrete historical
socio-economic contradictions is provided. The regulationist treatment
of
institutional systems is presented. It is showed that the major
precondition of
the institutional systems stability is the complementary nature of the
basic
institutes, forming this system.

monetary emission is the only real source of huge investment funds
required in
the Russian economy. However, it must be guaranteed that as the result
the new
value would be created – sufficient to honor government obligations in
the
future. It can be achieved only by national planning. Large-scale state
contracts shall compensate losses in export earnings and shift the main
source
of demand back to the core of the country. National economic policy
must assume
participation of international corporations in the government programs
preconditioned their investment domestication or introduction of their
local
branches to the Russian stock market.

approach to parity of prices is the subject of article. The base of
this
approach is estimation of parameters of model for comparison of prices
between
countries. The disparity of the prices is defined as a sharp deviation
of the
price from the parity. Milk is taken as an example. The model on which
the
parity of the prices is defined, has been developed for the longterm
prices
forecasting. The realization of the certain scenario of development of
a
national economy is a base of such forecasting.

issue of information systems organization and its implementation in the
public
finances management on the basis of the EU practices and foreign
authors’
recommendations is discussed. Nowadays reforming and modernization of
financial
government control are impossible without implementation of information
technologies and informational communication system. It is especially
important
for transition countries, including Russia. The
necessity for building integrated government finance control system
based on
modern information and communication technologies is proved. One of
methodological approaches to integrated systems designing, most
appropriate for
the transition countries, is discussed.
