The nature of the present global financial crisis and
feasible scenarios of development of Russian and CIS countries’
economies in
the context of international economy globalization is considered.
Underlying
conditions of financial crises, their detriment to rates and scales of
development of a real sector of national economies have been
emphasized. A
pattern of assessment the price and capital rent income got by
financial
corporations has been suggested. Mechanisms of government control
strengthening
of transformation processes for the benefit of optimal correlation
between the
real and financial sectors of Russian and CIS countries’ economies have
been
substantiated. Priorities of the real and financial sector forming on
the basis
of the demand for sustainable, balanced and socially oriented
development of
the Russian
Federation have
been determined.
