The Company's Organizational Structure Modeling. // Economics of

The
article deals with a set of modeling tools, which enable to rationalize
the
company’s organizational structure. It describes the process and
functional
scheme, formalizing the assignment of functions, performed by the firm,
to
business processes (products), and the organizational and functional
diagram
showing the assignment of organizational units to the functional tasks.
It also
introduces and thoroughly comments on the functional and process model,
which
allows to rationalize the resource allocation between the company’s
business
processes (products) and functions, i.e. between the elements of the
production
system, performing certain subtasks which should be addressed for the
implementation of selected business process functions.
