In the
introduced article the modern methods of the infrastructure innovative
activity
strengthening are reviewed. It is paid attention to organization of
information
reconnaissance and retraining of highly qualified scientific and
engineering
staff. The description of a complex of economic-mathematical models for
the
mechanism of improvement of professional skill of the participants
innovative
activity is given. It is adduced the outcomes of experimental
calculations,
which testify an essential role of usage of this mechanism in
development
innovative activity.
