Models
of Social-Economic Development: Foreign Approaches. // Economics of
contemporary Russia 2009. ¹3 (46) Ñ.8-16.
The regular summits of the G20
group in spite of its very high results
depended traditionally on the farther acceleration of economic
development and
rates of the GDP growth both in the developed and developing countries.
The
Government of Russia holds on to same positions if to take into account
the
recently accepted documents by the ways out from financial crisis.
Really, the
index of the GDP rates is enough significant in the decision of the
accumulated
social-economic problems in the world, but is it possible in general to
depend
on this index because it is intermediate only? The more so this problem
depends
on decision of well-being problems of the people of the world that is
the real
final goal of social-economical development. Practically the
recommendations of
the summits include nothing about the imminent ecological catastrophe
and the
ways to fight with it. At the same time in the modern economical
literature
including the area of the ecological economics the questions of the
real rates
of the people’s well-being are placed in the significant dependence on
the
limitations of influence of economical growth and the GDP rates. This
article
is examined the problems of use of the alternative approaches to
modeling of
social-economical development tha.
Keywords: social-economic
model, GDP, foreign approach, ecological
development, «green» consensus.
