Activities:
Terminology as a Main Source of Contradiction.
Creation of
the adequate legal environment is a necessary condition for effective
development of innovation activities. Today the Russian innovative
legislation
is not provide regulation of innovation activities and is a subject of
widespread criticism. One of the main problems is the absence of
uniform
terminology. The article carries out a research of the conceptual
instruments
that consists the base for legislation in innovation sphere. For this
purpose
the comparative analysis of the basic terms is given for the Russian
federal
and regional legislation and international practice in the frame of
OECD.
