Tochenya T.I. Outlines of Russia's Current Industrial Policy.
    National industrial policy is examined as a branch of economic policy, that is, the authorities' way of acting and their system of measures in industry as well as in science and technology. Proposed are methodological principles of systemized industrial policy taking into account the factor of economic policy pursued by the authorities of the Republics making up the Russian Federation, and by those of the economy branches and the Russian Federation's other subjects of economic management. The task facing the authorities is presented as a combination of techniques that meet the interests of all the industrial policy subjects. It is argued that the social, cultural, and historic context of the taken measures is of principle importance.
