Shadow
employment and hidden-shadow incomes, which effects
on realization of variants of social policy,
reflect opacity of population incomes forming. Exposure and modeling of
these
hidden and shadow elements are implemented on different levels of
population
structurization and its incomes for function layers,
social and social-economic (profitable)
groups of population. It makes possible to analyze dynamics and
differentiation
parameters of the structures of different levels – actual and in
perspective
for inertial forecasting and for scenarios
with labour incomes legalization.
