About a Victory of a Social Facilities over XX century.
The key
ideas of this paper is that during the XXth century industrial
production was
developing on the basis of creation of mass consumption markets and
universal
welfare policy and that the imperatives of social economy keep their
importance
in the XXIst century. The universal characteristics and peculiarities
of
national social economy models are highlighted in the paper. The paper
advocates refusal of the Russian economic policy orientation on
satisfying
needs of a narrow circle of privileged consumers and returning to the
global
path of economic socialization.
