A.S. The Phenomenological Approach in a Problem of Economic
Comparison of Two
Countries.
The method
of economic comparison of the countries situated in different
conditions is
offered. The concept of efficiency of economy is defined. It is shown,
that in
an interval of 1899-1913. Russia developed in 7 times slower than USA.
In an
interval of 1918-1985 the USSR developed 6 times faster, than in the
previous
interval. It is proved, that the USSR developed more slowly, than the
USA,
because of the big climate related expenses. Efficiency of the USSR
economy was
essentially higher, than efficiency of the USA economy. It is shown,
that
application of market economy of the USA type in severe climat
conditions of
Russia will lead to unfavorable results.
