Methods of Analysis and
Modelling for Renewing Products and Technologies Mechanisms.
The complex of models for optimization of
functioning of
science and industrial integrated system is presented. The new method
of
modelling for feedback from science to industry is suggested.
In the paper different approaches to the concept of
social
capital and its limits are discussed. Special attention is devoted to
positive
and negative effects of social capital, the sources of its formation
and the
role of state in this process. Conditions under which accumulation of
social
capital contributes to innovative behavior and competitiveness are
considered.
It is argued that in Russia the problem lies not in the lack of social
capital
but in its biased structure and allocation.
There are developed the approach and the model of
identification and forecasting of financial indexes using methods of
fuzzy
logic theory taking into account a number of specific rules of price
curve
evolution from Elliott waves theory. The carried out analysis of
results of
forecasting on real data confirms the reliability and high
effectiveness of the
developed approach.

The article considers existing mechanisms of
increasing
enterprise stability and encouraging its development. The authors
ground importance
of regional government support for enterprises and analyses different
ways of
authorities and business collaboration. They offer scheme of repayable
preferential financing tested in several regions for facilitating real
sector
development.

In the paper the problems and methods of competitive
product
manufacture organization in one of the most important branches of
Russian
science-consuming industry - in aircraft engine building – are
discussed. The
criteria of competitiveness of the branch’s product, including not only
engines, but also their support, are discussed, as well as and ways of
its
improvement. The methods of forecasting and control of demand on the
branch’s
product, and modern methods of sales organization are considered. The
comparative analysis of alternative branch restructuring strategies and
of the
directions of government support is performed.

The article represents the main trends of the
changes in
industrial firm relationships with suppliers, determined by the
challenges of
business environment. The purchasing is regarded from the perspective
of
transformation to one of strategic functions of company’s management.
The
features of supplier relationships of Russian companies are
investigated and
analyzed.
This article is devoted to the study and make up for
the
content of concept of the family life cycle. Various points of view of
our and
foreign authors are observed on possibilities to concretize and
cultivate the
comprehension of this notion. The demographic, social and economic
lines of
development of the family life cycle are considered separately but
taking into
account the interconnections between them. The consumption and saving
behavior
of the family and the individual are examined in terms of the marginal
utility
theory. As an empirical material the results of the longitudinal
research of
households of Taganrog city, conducted by ISEPN RAN, were used in which
the
authors of this article were taking part.
