Maevsky V.I. Statistics of Growth, Money and the Evolutionary Theory.
    It's showed that the conventional approach according to which inflation can be measured with so called general price index is theoretically unsound because it contradicts the essence of money as the universal measure of value of commodities and services. Inflation as a money phenomenon must be measured not with general but with particular price index, which determinates movement of prices in the group of commodities and services, the needs in which have reached the level of saturation. This result is especially topical under acceleration of the quality change growth in the economy.

 Bobrova A.V. Conceptual Model of Tax System Structure.
    Fundamental principles: simplicity, democracity, reverse connection – was finded in the base of objective model of taxes system. This model is directed to the building of the social-oriented taxes system. This taxes system is offering at present work. If this model will be using at the modern conditions of Russie, it will be make  possible to remove an intermediate links of management, to direct a taxes system to the needs of society, to make a rational system of taxes.

 Lyasko A.K. Trust Supporting Institutions in Online Dealings. Part 2.
    This paper is concerned with the analysis of institutions bolstering trust in an electronic commerce setting. Trust between the parties to Internet dealings cannot be secured without auxiliary institutions strengthening trustful attitudes. Individual electronic contracts are sustained by disseminating information about commercial behavior of potential partners and forming their online reputation. When dealing with companies, legal and social norms as well as certification, control and monitoring systems are regarded as appropriate instruments of building and developing trusting relationships.

 Polterovich V.M. Decreasing Inflation Should not be the Main Task of the Russian Government Economic Policy.
    If imperfect market institutions prevail in a country and inflation amounts to about 10% then efforts directed to further inflation decrease would probably hamper economic growth. To substantiate this thesis, I make references on opinions of well-known economists, discuss results of recent empirical researches, and analyze peculiarities of modern economic situation in Russia. Arguments in favor of active policy to stimulate economic development are adduced.

It is developed the methodic of the estimate of influence the main macroeconomic indicators upon innovation activity and made comparative mathematical models of comparing indices of scientific activity during several years. The research was conducted for different aspects of production and also through regions.

    It is noted the growing of remitted capital in assets of organizations together with development of modern business. Becomes the obvious inexactness of account factors of profit. The new approach to reflection of financial results of organization has got the development in concepts of money flows. It is considered the project method of analysis and cash flow management to organizations. Example of analysis of cash  flows is shown in estimation of strategy of row of enterprises.

    Paper is devoted to diamond branch of the India which have become in the end of a XX-century by one leaders of the World Diamond Market (WDM). The wide spectrum of questions and features of its development during last 40 years is investigated. The explanation of fantastic results of branch is given, lessons for diamond business of Russia are formulated. Research is based on the unique database, constructed by the authors.
