Denisov V.I. Precondition of Economic Growth of Manufacture of Agrarian and Industrial Complex.
    On materials of inspection of a sample of the enterprises Agriculture of the Central area of Russian Federation are revealed: essential dependence of an economic efficiency from managing on a ratio of the internal and external investments in development of manufacture, optimum volume of investments at the usual technological level and organization of manufacture. The principles and mechanism of stimulation of the investments in Agriculture and expansion of manufacture by means of state address financially – financial support of the enterprises are offered, industrial and resource potential is effective and full using. Such principle essentially differs from working practice of support of low-productive facilities by the state subside, writing off duties etc.
