Methodological Problems of Classification of
Strategic Alliances.
The basic
methodological problems of strategic alliances theory are described in
this
article. The main criteria of this classification are the level and the
scale
of the integration between companies. The strategic alliances
development is
shown as a dynamic and evolutional process of integration trends
deepening.
After analyzing of Russian and foreign studies the strategic alliances
are
classified as «system corporation», «project alliances» and
«holding-making
alliances».
