Bogomolov O.T. Economy and the Public Environment.
    Problems of interrelation and interference of economy and the public environment are analyzed. It is marked, that the authority began to be separated from a society, to leave from under its control, slipping to authoritarianism and autocracy, an eminence of a narrow ruling clan is observed, that  any time in a history of Russia led to destructive conflicts. On the basis of the international and Russian experience it is judged that the ripened improvement of political system demands not curtailing, and consecutive perfection of the democratic device, necessity of carrying out of the responsible and weighed politics of the state influence on economy, transformation of the state as an example for a moral policy and actions, a careful altitude to a cultural heritage, a science and art, the best representatives of intelligentsia.
