Inshakov O.V. Potential of the Evolutionary Approach in
an Economics of Contemporary Russia.
The article reveals the necessity and some directions of the
development of economic theory on the basis of evolutionary approach,
its interaction with the formation and civilization approaches applied
to economic systems research. The substance of economic genetics is
disclosed on the assumption of the theory of endogenous factors of
production, the definition of genotype and phenotype of labor. The
article also proves the accord of transformational and transactional
factors, costs and profits, and gives the evolutionary interpretation
of economic culture and economic content of space and time. The author
suggests a new structure of the economic theory object, governed by
five basic and four meso levels of global economy structure. He exposes
problems of criteria classification and economic system evolution, as
well as the possibilities of a considerable extension of the system of
indicators and their functioning and development, assisted by the
endogenous factors recombination.
