B.A. Ownership Institution Development under Globalization.
The article is devoted to the problem of
ownership institution development in a world characterized by a
tendency to eliminating the difference in economic institutions: less
developed countries incline to importing (transplanting) institutions
from more developed ones. The ownership institution and
globalization are considered on three levels - institutional,
transactional and economic. Problems of enterprises and governments
relevant to ownership institution are analyzed. Globalization is
interpreted as contractual process between countries - importers and
exporters of institutions. The approach proposed allows on a simple
contractual scheme to show and discuss the different variants of
ownership institution development in Russia.
