Specification of Weak Market Economy and the Ways of Raising its Efficiency.
The article shows the system differences between
strong and weak economies. It analyzes the system of primary and secondary
factors resulting in the effect of weakness for market economy. The authors
focus on the problem of market risks and deviations from liberalization
optimum as factors of weakness. The advantages and shortcomings of different
strategies of transformation from a weak market economy into a strong one
are studied.
