Safety.
The problem of environmental safety of social development
attracts growing attention of Russian scientists. However, the general
scientific concept and clear methodology have yet to be elaborated for
real solution of this urgent problem. The author's concept and the principles
of environmental safety are based on his general paradigm of human-and-environment
interactions. Some internal and outer links inherited to their mechanism
are analyzed with special attention to problems at the meeting points of
interacting powers. Economic and moral aspects are examined within the
problem of risks. Methods for multi-criteria evaluation of safety-increasing
measures are discussed. Possibilities to create unified and compatible
formulation of the ecological-and-social safety task are considered.
