Opportunities of Transition to Innovational Type of Russia’s Development.
From analyzing the condition and tendencies of world economic development,
the necessity of transition from mainly rental to productive economy of
innovational type in Russia is proved. Leaning on the system engineering
of national property and national dividend as well as the rent concept
of formation of budgetary incomes, a new structure of inter-regional interactions
and mutual relation between the state and regions is proposed.
