Aganbegyan A.G. About Strategy of Social and Economic
Development and an Orientation of Social Reforms in Russia.
The modern social and economic position of Russia developed after overcoming
of crisis on 1998 is considered. The degree of achievement of six basic
purposes formulated in the first message of the present president is analyzed.
On the basis of the carried out analysis basic elements and directions
of strategy of social and economic development of Russia are formulated.
