L’vov D.S. About Strategic Problems of Long-Term Development.
Two models of an estimation of a present condition of the national
economy achieved as a result of decade of reforms are considered. Comparing
models, the author formulates the primary goals of a new policy of authorities
and offers new economic mechanisms, financial tools and institutes of the
decision arisen problems. In connection with a anniversary CEMI the Russian
Academy of Science is briefly traced a role of institute in a history of
the Russian economic science.
