as Branch of Specialization of Region (the Example of Kabardino-Balkarian
Republic).
The theoretical problems of choice of regional branch specialization
are examined. The concept of development is suggested, basing on the model
of developing a recreational complex «Elbrus». The potential socio economic
effect from realization of the concept is estimated.
