Lisician N.S. Prodigal Character of the Russian Economy.
The Russia economy has got prodigal character as a result of captured
it since 1992 of deep crisis of payments. Broken thereof process of the
manipulation of cost of the capital has caused deformation both economic
relations, and structure of turnaround means. A final source of a covering
of the last actually became a corresponding part of cost of national riches
of our fatherland. The author proves competitive ways of mitigation of
consequences of crisis of payments, and also necessity of expansion of
a circle of the macroeconomic parameters used nowadays by the economic
block of the government.
